🔁 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services and digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable, except under the following conditions:

  • If a customer accidentally purchased the same product more than once

  • If a technical issue prevents access to a purchased product or service

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@thecowifecoach.com.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital Products are delivered instantly via email or download link. Please check your spam, promotional, and social folder if you do not receive access within 10 minutes.
Physical Products (if applicable) are shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS. Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be sent to your email. We currently ship within the United States only.

🔄 Return Policy

We do not accept returns on digital products or services. For physical merchandise:

  • Items must be returned unused and in original packaging within 10 business days

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Email support@thecowifecoach.com for authorization before returning any items

❌ Cancellation Policy

Coaching programs and events are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once if notified at least 72 hours in advance.
Memberships may be canceled via your dashboard or by emailing support before your next billing date.

We currently do not ship physical goods internationally. All coaching services are offered in compliance with U.S. laws. Customers are responsible for checking if participation in coaching services is permitted under local laws or religious guidelines.
